Making Notes in Opportunities Pipeline
- In the Opportunities Pipeline, such as Sales Pipeline or Client Feedback Pipeline, Opportunity Deal Cards are displayed.
- Clicking on a card reveals all the details of that opportunity, allowing users to make notes.
- Notes can be added regarding specific actions taken, such as scheduling appointments or making follow-up calls.
Viewing Notes Across Records
- Notes made in the Opportunity Deal Cards are also visible in the respective contact records.
- Users can leave notes directly in the contact record, ensuring all interactions and updates are documented.
- Notes left in either the opportunity or contact record can be viewed collectively in the Opportunities Pipeline for easy reference.
