What is my GrowthMap™ wallet?
The wallet is used to cover the cost data usage for services like telephone and email. Most plans come with a set amount of monthly credits, but you are responsible for any additional data usage that might exceed that amount.
Your wallet is recharged automatically with your card on file, and you have the ability to set the threshold for recharging your wallet and how much to add when you dip below that threshold.
Credits are added to your wallet by:
- Credits included with your plan (monthly)
- Auto recharge when credits dip below the set amount (as needed)
- Manually if you choose to + Add Balance to your wallet
Where can the wallet be accessed?
All of this can be managed in your GrowthMap™ account by clicking on Settings → Billing and looking for the Credits section on the Billing page.
Please Note: Some charges may appear in the wallet 6 to 24 hours after the transaction.
How to view wallet transaction history
You can view the wallet transaction history by navigating to Settings → Billing → Credits → See Transactions
This page shows a summary of the previous 2 months compared to the current month, to give you a more in depth look at how your wallet credits are being used.
Below is an example, though your data rates may vary by region and usage.
How to recharge my GrowthMap™ wallet
There are several ways to recharge the wallet:
1. Auto Recharge Settings
In Billing → Credits, you'll find the auto-recharge settings. Enter the amount to auto-recharge the wallet once it falls below a specific threshold.
2. Manually Recharge (+ Add Balance)
Use the + Add Balance button in Billing to manually recharge the wallet. This will charge the your primary credit card on file, and add that amount to your GrowthMap™ wallet.
3. Monthly Complimentary Credits
Most plans include a set monthly credit allowance for that sub-account, which will be added automatically. If you have questions about your plan and your monthly credit, please contact support or your Client Success rep.
It is important that you maintain a positive balance in your GrowthMap™ wallet to avoid disruption of service. If your wallet goes negative and we are unable to automatically recharge your wallet, text messages, calls, emails and other services may be affected. If needed, you might consider updating your default card on file on the Billing → Payment Methods page in your account.
