Objective

To train the AI chatbot Ava to provide accurate information about training, address, pricing, and other specific details for effective client interactions.

Key Steps

1. Click on the robot icon in the AI chatbot interface.
2. Select "scrape URL" to add a website for Ava to reference.
3. Allow time for the FAQs to populate with relevant information for Ava's training.
4. Clean up the data by exporting it as a CSV and reviewing the content.
5. Delete unnecessary or incorrect information from the CSV.
6. Save the updated CSV and import it back into the AI chatbot interface.
7. Utilize the "add" button to input specific information like addresses or pricing details.
8. Ensure that Ava is trained on key details that clients may inquire about.

Cautionary Notes
