Map Your Fields
- Ensure each column in your file is correctly mapped to a corresponding field in the system.
- Adjust mappings as necessary.
Special Mapping Considerations:
- Empty Values: Checking the “Don’t update Empty Values” box ensures that fields with empty values in the file will not overwrite existing data.
- Unmapped Fields: You can skip importing specific fields by leaving them unmapped.
- At the bottom of the screen, check the box to proceed.
Review and Confirm
- Data Preview: Verify that the preview matches your expectations.
- Accept Disclaimer: Check the box to accept the disclaimer and start the import process.
- Optional Tags: Add tags to the corresponding contacts for related opportunities.
