How to access call reports and recordings in GrowthMap™
- Accessing the Reporting Section
- Navigate to the left-hand side of the interface.
- Click on the "Reporting" option.
- Generating Call Reports
- Select the "Call Report" tab.
- Choose the desired date range for your report.
- Click the download button to export your report.
- Note: There is a limit of 10,000 calls that can be exported at once.
- Downloading Call Recordings
- For each individual call, click the designated link to download the recording.
