How to access call reports and recordings in GrowthMap™

  1. Accessing the Reporting Section
    • Navigate to the left-hand side of the interface.
    • Click on the "Reporting" option.
  2. Generating Call Reports
    • Select the "Call Report" tab.
    • Choose the desired date range for your report.
  3. Click the download button to export your report.
    • Note: There is a limit of 10,000 calls that can be exported at once.
  4. Downloading Call Recordings
    • For each individual call, click the designated link to download the recording.
