How to create Email Signatures for users
- Log in to the platform.
Click on Settings.
- Navigate to My Staff.
Find the user whose signature you want to update and click Edit next to their name.
- Expand the User Info section.
- Scroll down to the Email Signature section.
Insert or update the email signature code in the provided field.
Alternatively, ask the user to log in and go to their Profile tab to edit their own signature.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
