Downloading and Logging into the Mobile App

This comprehensive guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you download and log into the LeadConnector mobile app on your smartphone. LeadConnector allows you to manage leads, communicate with clients, track conversations, and stay organized while on the go.

Download the LeadConnector App

For iPhone (iOS):

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the Search icon (magnifying glass) at the bottom of the screen.
  3. In the search bar, type "LeadConnector".
  4. Look for the app titled LeadConnector.
  5. Tap Get, then authenticate using Face IDTouch ID, or your Apple ID password.
  6. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.

For Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
  2. Tap the Search bar at the top.
  3. Type "LeadConnector" and press the search icon.
  4. Locate the app titled LeadConnector.
  5. Tap Install and wait for the app to download and install.
  6. Once installation is complete, tap Open to launch the app.


Logging into the App

  1. Open the LeadConnector app.
  2. You will see a welcome screen prompting you to log in.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your LeadConnector or CRM account.

You will see two options:

  • Sign in with Google: This will prompt you to log in using your Google (Gmail or Workspace) account. You may need to select the appropriate Google account and allow permissions.
  • Continue with password: Use this if you prefer to log in with your email and password manually.

If you selected "Sign in with Google":

  • Tap the Sign in with Google button.
  • Choose your Google account from the list or sign in with your credentials.
  • Grant any necessary permissions to proceed.
  • You will be automatically logged in and directed to the dashboard.

If you selected "Continue with password":

  • Enter your password.
  • Tap Login.
  • If your credentials are correct, you will be taken directly to the app’s dashboard.

Allow Permissions (Recommended)

  • Upon first login, the app may ask for permission to access:
    • Contacts (to sync with client info)
    • Notifications (to alert you of new messages, appointments, etc.)
    • Camera and Microphone (for voice messages and video calling)
  • Tap Allow or While using the app when prompted for the best experience.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Double-check that you're using the correct email linked to your account.
  • Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive the confirmation emails.
  • Ensure your internet connection is stable during login.
  • If you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password to reset it.
  • Restart your device if the app doesn't open after installation.
