Introduction to GrowthMap™ Calendars

GrowthMap Calendar Configuration Guide

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of setting up a new calendar in GrowthMap™ and configuring it to meet your business needs.

Creating a New Calendar

  1. Start by logging into your GrowthMap™ account and navigating to Calendars > Calendar Settings
  2. Click on the Create Calendar button and select the calendar type. For this guide, we will focus on the Round Robin calendar, which is versatile and suitable for most businesses.
  3. Name your calendar (e.g., "Strategy Session") and choose the team members who will be assigned to it.
  4. Set a custom URL, meeting duration, and availability times for the calendar.

Calendar Configuration

Once a calendar is created, you can start using it right away. Share the link and contacts can book an available time. If you'd like to further customize your calendar, here are some things you can adjust when you select Edit under the Action Dropdown next to your calendar.

  • Edit the calendar settings by adding a logo, description, and meeting title.
  • Set priority levels for appointment distribution and specify the meeting location.
  • Configure availability times for each day, including any specific time slots.
  • Adjust meeting interval, notice requirements, and maximum bookings per slot.
  • Enable or disable forms, payments, and notifications as needed.
  • Customize the appearance of the calendar with cover images, colors, and button text.

Sharing and Using the Calendar

  1. Once configured, Share the calendar link with clients or team members for booking appointments.
  2. Guests can select available time slots, add additional guests, and receive confirmation emails.
  3. Utilize the calendar for scheduling sales calls, strategy sessions, or other business meetings efficiently.

We recommend using the Permanent Link when sharing a calendar directly with a prospect or client to book. The Scheduling Link may change over time where the Permanent Link never does.
