Booking Appointments Manually

How to add a new meeting/appointment to the calendar

While sharing your calendar link and using AVA (your Ai Sales Assistant) to book appointments can help you save time, sometimes you still need to be able to add a new appointment to the calendar yourself.

This process shows you how to manually schedule appointments in your GrowthMap™ Calendars.

  1. Access Calendars Section
    • Navigate to the calendars section in GrowthMap™ to view team members' availability
    • Select team members to see their appointments displayed in different colors
  2. Add A New Appointment
    • Click on the + New button to schedule a new appointment
    • Enter appointment details such as title, team member, date, and time
    • Choose between default available times or set a custom time if needed
  3. Set Meeting Location and Contacts
    • Select the meeting location (default or custom)
    • Add the primary contact to the appointment by searching in the provided field
    • Add any guests to the appointment (if applicable)
  4. Complete The Booking
    • Select the appointment status (we recommend choosing Confirmed).
    • Save the appointment to finalize the booking process.

Viewing and Managing Appointments

You can access appointment details from the Calendars area in the app or from individual contact records in the Contacts area. When viewing existing appointments, you have the ability to edit appointments, reschedule, or add new appointments as needed.

When booking appointments from the contact section, it is recommended to stick with default time slots to ensure availability based on settings.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Utilize the calendars section to check team members' availability before booking appointments.
  • Keep contact records updated to easily add guests to appointments.
  • Use default settings whenever possible to streamline the booking process and avoid scheduling conflicts.
