Steps to integrate Zoom or Google Meet for video conferencing

Connecting Zoom to GrowthMap™

To connect your Zoom account and auto-generate meeting links for video calls, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your SettingsMy Profile and navigate to Calendar Settings section of the page
  2. Select the Video Conferencing tab
  3. Click the + Add New connections button
  4. Follow the prompts to connect your Zoom account

Connecting Google Meets to GrowthMap™

Follow the instructions to Connect your Google calendar to GrowthMap™ to make Google Meet an option as the Meeting Location in any of your GrowthMap™ Calendars.

How to set Zoom or Google Meet as the default Meeting Location

  1. In CalendarsCalendar Settings, select the calendar where you want to set up the video calls
  2. Edit the calendar, choose the meeting location, and select Google Meet or Zoom
  3. Save the settings, and any new appointments scheduled on that calendar will automatically generate the meeting link from the connected platform

Because Google Meet is a feature of Google Calendar, Google Meet will automatically be a working option as soon as you connect your User account to a Google Calendar.

However, if you prefer Zoom, you must first connect Zoom from the Settings → My Profile screen under Calendar Settings → Video Conferencing, before Zoom can be selected as an option when configuring the Meeting Details for a specific calendar.
