Why has my account been paused?
If a subscription payment fails, your account will automatically be paused & disabled (see our Terms of Service). Some reasons a payment might fail:
- Insufficient Funds
- Expired Card
- Incorrect Card Details
- Card Declined
- Card Blocked
- Card Network Issues
- Fraud Detection
What happens to my account when it is paused?
When paused, you will temporarily lose access to your GrowthMap’s services and features until the overdue payment is made. To resume access, you must settle your outstanding balance.
When you login to your GrowthMap account, you will see a screen to reactivate your subscription, where you can update your payment method if needed. Once you've reactivated, your sub-account will automatically resume and your account will automatically resume access to all services.
FAQ
What happens to my Conversations, Automations, Calendars, Appointments, etc...?
Sub-accounts will continue to function as usual. Automations, calendars, messaging, and other functionalities remain active. The only change is that you will be prompted to update your subscription or contact the agency for assistance. However, if your payment remains past due and we are unable to collect in a timely manner, your account is subject to service interruptions and deletion. If you need help resolving any past due payments, please Contact Support.
