Configuring the Class Calendar

Additional options to customize and configure your Class Booking calendar:

  • Specify the meeting location based on the type of class (online or physical)
  • Set the scheduling notice and booking window for participants
  • Save the settings to update the calendar display

💡Pro Tip: Need more flexibility in scheduling your group appointments? Does your location change from event to event? Do you hold events at different days & times from week-to-week and month-to-month? Consider using a Custom Value and Date Specific Hours for setting the meeting time & location for your group class booking calendar.

Using a Custom Value to set the meeting location from event-to-event

  1. Create custom values for meeting locations under settings
  2. Update the meeting location details for each class session
  3. Ensure custom values reflect the accurate location for each session

Use Date Specific Hours if your events don't follow a regular schedule from week-to-week

  1. When configuring your Class Booking Calendar, navigate to Availability
  2. Uncheck ALL days under Weekly Available Hours
  3. Use the Date Specific Hours section to manually add days & times for your upcoming events
  4. Make sure Date range is empty
  5. Save changes to update the calendar with available class dates

By following these steps, you can effectively create and manage a class booking calendar for hosting group appointments with limited participant capacity.
