💡Pro Tip: Need more flexibility in scheduling your group appointments? Does your location change from event to event? Do you hold events at different days & times from week-to-week and month-to-month? Consider using a Custom Value and Date Specific Hours for setting the meeting time & location for your group class booking calendar.
Using a Custom Value to set the meeting location from event-to-event
- Create custom values for meeting locations under settings
- Update the meeting location details for each class session
- Ensure custom values reflect the accurate location for each session
Use Date Specific Hours if your events don't follow a regular schedule from week-to-week
- When configuring your Class Booking Calendar, navigate to Availability
- Uncheck ALL days under Weekly Available Hours
- Use the Date Specific Hours section to manually add days & times for your upcoming events
- Make sure Date range is empty
- Save changes to update the calendar with available class dates
By following these steps, you can effectively create and manage a class booking calendar for hosting group appointments with limited participant capacity.
